Order Processing Times
We aim to get your order out quickly. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Orders are marked as “dispatched” once handed over to the courier and on their way to you. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
US Delivery Times: 4-8 Business Days
UK Delivery Times: 4-8 Business Days
Please be aware that customs delays and courier disruptions (especially during peak times) may occasionally extend the delivery timeframe.
Updating Your Order Details
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellations. If we detect an issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we don’t hear back, your order may be cancelled.

Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at support@enivo.co right away. We’ll guide you on what to do next and support you through the process.
We also recommend contacting the courier to file a claim. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items once shipped, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
